Meghan Markle has recently been seeing featuring her daughter more and more on social media, some might argue even more than Prince Archie and in the eyes of Content marketing expert Aidan van Vuuren the tight rope she’s walking is smaller and risker than some might think.

He spoke about everything rather candidly and admits that Meghan’s current efforts to tell the audience “this is a family story, not a celebrity vehicle”.

But “the risk, as with any founder-led lifestyle brand, is that audiences are increasingly sharp at spotting family content that serves the brand first,” he pointed out.

To him Meghan’s real challenge while navigating all this is “keeping it feeling effortless rather than engineered.”

A statement was even made by the head of London-based TAL Agency, Megan Dooley.

She told the Daily Mail back in May, “we certainly have seen a noticeable shift in Meghan’s approach to featuring her children on public social media, especially when we compare it to hers and Harry’s earlier dedication to privacy.”

But in her eyes, a closer look into some of her posts suggests instead that these appearances are “very selective” and “intentional” rather than “casual and unplanned.”

She even admitted that most of her decisions look “strategic reevaluation of what they post”.

In her eyes, “Meghan is allowing more of a glimpse behind the curtain into their family life – carefully curated, of course – to support the positioning of the As Ever lifestyle brand as warm and aspirational, with its roots in home, motherhood and authenticity.”
