Prince Harry shares honest reaction on England's heartbreaking FIFA World Cup exit
The Duke of Susses can't hide disappointment after England's semi-final heartbreak
Prince Harry has an upsetting reaction to his home country's major loss in the FIFA World Cup’s semi-finals.
On Wednesday, England had a face-off with Argentina, but the Duke of Sussex's country lost the match by 2 -1, leading to a heartbroken reaction from the royal family and celebs all across the country.
At the TIME100 Sports Gala in New York City on Thursday, Page Six asked Harry about the loss and if he was unhappy.
Harry quickly replied, “Of course.”
On the other hand, the duke's older brother, Prince William, also reacted to England losing to Argentina by taking it to his X account, revealing that he was devastated.
William wrote, “England, you gave it everything and we are all so proud of you. Thank you to everyone on and off the pitch, for an incredible tournament. The fight and belief you have shown has inspired us all.
“The most complete England team in a tournament. Hold your heads high.”
For those unversed, Harry visited the UK earlier in July with his wife Meghan Markle and their kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet and met King Charles and Queen Camila.
The meeting marked Charles' first meeting with his grandchildren Archie and Lillibet in four years.
