Taylor Swift finally reveals 'Toy Story 5' secret
Taylor Swift shares a note to fans as she announces the 'Toy Story 5' track
After a series of clues, Taylor Swift has at last revealed that she has penned an original track for Toy Story 5.
It is titled I Knew It, I Knew You.
The song will be part of the upcoming Toy Story installment, which will head to cinemas on June 19.
In a note to fans, Swift wrote, “It’s a Toy Story. You knew it! My new original song, ‘I Knew It, I Knew You,' for Disney and @Pixar’s @toystory 5 will be yours on June 5th."
"I’ve always dreamed of getting to write for these characters who I’ve adored since I was a 5-year-old kid watching the first Toy Story."
She continued, "I fell instantly in love with Toy Story 5 when I was lucky enough to see it in its early stages."
"And I wrote this song as soon as I got home from the screening. Sometimes you just know, right?”
Jack Antonoff will serve as co-writer and co-producer on the song.
The announcement comes against a backdrop of a string of clues Swift left for her fans to spot.
In particular, there was a surprising countdown on the megastar's website, and on Billboard, the letters 'TS' were displayed, sparking speculation online.
