Jamie Foxx set to become dad again after health crisis

Jamie Foxx is reportedly preparing to become a father again!

Foxx's girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp is expecting the couple's first baby together.

As reported by USA Today, Huckstepp is already several months into her pregnancy. While the gender of the baby has not been revealed yet, TMZ confirmed the news.

This comes as a major milestone for Oscar-winning actor, who has largely stayed out of the spotlight since suffering a serious health emergency in 2023.

Foxx later revealed he experienced a brain bleed that led to a stroke and weeks long coma.

Since then, the 58-year-old actor has been emotionally open about the support he received from his daughters during the recovery.

Jamie Foxx shared 32-year-old daughter Cornnie Foxx with ex Connie Kline and 17-year-old daughter Anelise Foxx with ex Kristin Grannis.

At the 2025 BET Awards, the actor delivered emotional speech crediting Anelise for helping improving his condition while he was hospitalized.

He said, "When I was fighting for my life in there, I've got to say this. They said, 'We're going to lose him because his vitals are bad.' And I didn't want my 14-year-old to see me like that."

Adding, "But Anelise overheard the conversation, and she snuck into my hospital room with her guitar and said, 'I know what my daddy needs.'"

"And as she played the guitar, my vitals [improved]. And I realized God was in her guitar. Anelise Estelle Foxx, my baby with the big hair. She hides under that hair because she's got something special. You're so beautiful, man," the actor noted.
