Kate Middleton just paid tribute to her own children with a brand new initiative called the Foundations for Life guide which is being dubbed a ‘significant’ step in ensuing there is improvement in “understanding of social and emotional development in young children.”
This initiative is part of her 2021 founded Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood that focuses on young children, early education and the like.
What’s caught the world’s attention though is that she wore a initial necklace for this outing and it carried the first letters of all her three children’s names, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
According to The Mirror the Princess of Wales even launching a teaching guide of 109-pages and prior to its release writes, “While our society often focuses on academic or physical milestones, research consistently shows that it is our earliest relationships, experiences and environments which lay the foundations for our future health and happiness.”
The guide that has been released in partnership with early childhood specialists and practitioners also sees the royal add,
“the quality of our connections with ourselves, with others and with the world around us shapes how safe we feel, how we relate, and how we process experiences throughout our lives.”
What is pertinent to mention is that this trip to the University of East London is the first the princess has undertaken as an ‘official outing’ in three and a half years.
It also comes just a few days before she’s scheduled to head to Italy to promote her work for the early years under the The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood. This trip will start on May 13th and end the following day on the 14th.
