Royal insiders have revealed Prince William’s reaction to his estranged brother Harry’s remarks that he’s still a ‘working royal.’

The Heat World, citing the royal insiders, has reported that Prince William is 'furious' at Harry, who stepped down as senior royal back in 2020.

During an interview recently, Harry rejected the label of "not a working royal," asserting, "I will always be part of the royal family" and insisting he is "working and doing the very thing that I was born to do".

The royal source said about William’s reaction, ‘Harry is on much stronger footing with his father these days and that’s clearly got him feeling pretty emboldened when it comes to his place within the family and his ongoing battle with William.

“Just look at the way he’s been talking lately, he’s even taking issue with being told he’s not a working royal, which of course has infuriated William. But he says he’s done rolling over to appease William and the closer Harry's visit to the UK gets, the more the tension seems to grow.”

About William and Harry’s rift, the close insider said, “Harry's fixating on all the times he feels he was wronged by William in the past. He’s going all the way back to their childhood.

“He’s got plenty of more recent things on his list of complaints too, including the fact that William took him aside before his wedding and warned him he was making a terrible mistake by marrying Meghan – that still gets his blood boiling.”
