'RHOBH' star Kathy Hilton shows dark side of AI: 'I messed up everything'
Kathy Hilton opens up about how AI took a toll on her entire system
Kathy Hilton recently got candid and opened up about how she got taken in by a deep-fake advertisement for a new diet.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 reunion, aired on April 30 on Bravo, captured Hilton sharing how she was misled by the Jell-O diet, which notable figures like Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Dr, Mehmet Oz, and Kelly Clarkson endorsed.
She said, “I had a little problem. I went on the Jell-O diet. There's a new Jell-O diet that Oprah Winfrey, Michelle Obama, Kelly Clarkson — with vinegar and baking soda.”
After losing 2 lbs in a day, the 67-year-old American fashion designer and actress first thought the diet was effective, but it took a toll on her health.
Hilton shared, “It has messed up my whole entire system. I was so bloated I could not fit into anything.”
Soon she realized that the advertisement and diet were misleading, “they were lying” to her, as it was “all AI.”
Andy Cohen, the host, asked, “Hold on. It was, like, AI versions of Oprah saying, ‘I do this Jell-O diet?'”
“And they have Dr. Oz doing it, too,” Kathy Hilton responded.
