The pregnant White House Secretary continues to do her job despite being on maternity leave
Pregnant White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt called off maternity leave after gunfire erupted steps away from President Donald Trump and top administration officials.
Despite her leave, Leavitt has been seen supporting President Donald Trump after the shooting at the White House Correspondents' Dinner and amid King Charles and Queen Camilla's visit to the United States .
After the president and the First Lady welcomed King Charles and the Queen at the White House and hosted a state dinner in their honor, Karoline Leavitt made sure her Instagram followers know how Melania Trump's fashion sense was praised on social media.
Taking to Instagram stories, she hared a screenshot of an X post praising the First Lady and claiming to explain why she is "hated" by her opponents .
"Melania Trump is in a league of her own when it come to fashion and class. No wonder the left hates her so much. No one could even come close." read the X post featuring the First Lady's photo from an event welcoming King Charles and Queen Camilla.
"Facts", wrote Karoline Leavitt alongside the X post shared to her Instagram Story.
Karoline Leavitt and her husband, Nicholas Riccio, were both in attendance at the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner on Saturday when the shooting incident took place.
