Diljit Dosanjh has shared a special message for Jimmy Fallon after appearing on his late-night show.
Taking to his Instagram handle on Tuesday, the Indian singer and actor posted a clip from the set of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon alongside a heartfelt note.
In the clip, Diljit and Jimmy could be seen meeting in the studio and sharing a brief hug. The two were also seen doing Bhangra together during the interaction.
In the post's caption, the Udta Punjab actor thanked the American TV host for giving him the opportunity to present his culture on a global platform.
“Brother you have such a positive aura about you. Thank you so much for giving us a platform to represent our culture. One love," penned Diljit.
During the show, the Lover hitmaker talked about his recent concert in Vancouver, revealing why the moment felt important to him.
“That stadium we did in Vancouver… our people came there for the first time in 1914, and they were not allowed to enter Canada,” said Diljit.
“That place is very close to the Komagata Maru site. Now, seeing thousands of people gather there for the show felt special," he added.
