'Ted Lasso' season 4 comes hot on the heels of hype built up after last season ended
Ted Lasso is coming back to the screens, as Apple TV+ dropped the season 4 trailer, featuring hearty laughs and new twists.
The hit series will hit the streamer on Aug. 5.
Jason Sudeikis is back in his coaching role with a moustache; however, this time, he is heading a women's soccer team in a second division.
Aside from him, the returning cast are Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, and Jeremy Swift.
Not to mention, newcomers are also set to feature in Ted Lasso's new season; they are Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsay, Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey, Abbie Hern, and Grant Feely.
Sudekis, along with Jack Burditt, Joe Kelly, Jane Becker, Jamie Lee, Bill Wrubel, and Brendan Hunt serves as executive producer.
Season 4's synopsis read, “Ted returns to Richmond, taking on his biggest challenge yet: coaching a second division women’s football team. Throughout the course of the season, Ted and the team learn to leap before they look, taking chances they never thought they would.”
