Rosalía turns heads in bold 'Euphoria' debut in season 3
Rosalía previously shared her views on starring in a mysterious role in 'Euphoria'
Rosalía, the Spanish pop sensation, who was cast last year in season three of Euphoria, has finally made her appearance in episode two.
Playing a stripper – a hint previously given in the teaser – the musician in the show is depicted working at a sordid nightclub known as Silver Slipper.
Named Magick, her character dived headfirst into the latest season, where high school has been left far behind, opening the cast to spiralling chaos and serious stakes.
Though the Beso hitmaker has had select roles in her career, however, when she auditioned for Euphoria, Sam Levinson, the series creator, was immediately sold.
"She’s a great character. Funny, tough, emotional. I also love her accent. She was perfect for the part,” he previously told Vogue.
Rosalía, meanwhile, was a long-time fan of the HBO drama. In her previous entry on the Met Gala's red carpet, she said, "It's my first job. I’m learning. I’m figuring it out,” she said, adding, “It’s been very inspiring to be with these amazing actors. It’s great.”
Euphoria season three is streaming on HBO Max.
