'Frozen 3' directors ignite fans' anticipation with thrilling update about Disney's new film
'Frozen 3' is scheduled for release in cinemas in 2027
The directors of Frozen 3 have ignited fans' anticipation with a thrilling update about the beloved animated Disney film's next chapter.
Previously, it had been reported that fans of the animated film would see Anna and Kristoff get married in the upcoming sequel. Now, the directors have officially confirmed it.
While giving a tour of the new World of Frozen at Disneyland Paris, directors Jennifer Lee and Trent Correy hinted at an upcoming wedding.
As they met Anna and Elsa on the newly opened land, Jennifer exclaimed, "We hear there are big wedding plans."
The girl portraying the Queen responded, "Oh, yes! I'm so excited."
Trent then asked if she’s doing all the planning, Anna replied “Olaf said he likes to be in charge of all the party planning in Arendelle, and he told us that him and Kristoff had been planning a really big surprise for the Snowflower Festival.”
For those unversed, Frozen 3 is scheduled for release in cinemas in 2027. Idina Menzel will once again voice Elsa, and Kristen Bell will reprise her role as Anna in this much-anticipated sequel.
In a recent interview with Variety, Kristen said she was preparing to work on the film.
"That’s all I can say. I’m under lock and key," said Kristen. “It’s all mostly like concept stuff in the beginning like, ‘Here’s where we think it should go.'
That’s the one great thing about Disney is it goes through a thousand filters, not to be diplomatic, but because everyone’s going to add something different," she added. “That’s why the movies plays so well because they hit every single mark because nothing has been missed."
