Brooks Nader recalls sisters 'bawling' after seeing her in 'Baywatch' red swimsuit
Brooks Nader shared her emotional reaction to the 'Baywatch' reboot role
Brooks Nader expressed her excitement as she wore her 'Baywatch' swimsuit for the show reboot.
During a recent chat with People, the 29-year-old model dished on her "big moment" after she donned the one-piece for the filming of the sequel to Fox's series.
She gushingly said, "It's such a full-circle moment."
Brooks explained, "I wore a red one-piece on my Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover, coincidentally, years ago. So I feel like it's been a long time in the making."
And not only Brooks but her family was equally touched by the moment.
She revealed, "My sisters, I was FaceTiming them, and they were bawling, crying when they saw me in the red suit."
"It's such a big moment, and I'm so honored to be a part of it," Brooks noted.
'Baywatch' reboot is scheduled to premiere on Fox during its 2026-2027 season.
As the "wild child" Hobie Buchannon is being introduced as adult lead for the first time, the synopsis of the series read, "Hobie’s world is turned upside down when Charlie [Jessica Belkin], the daughter he never knew, shows up on his doorstep, eager to carry on the Buchannon family legacy and become a Baywatch lifeguard alongside her dad."
“While [Selene] is excellent at her job, she and Baywatch Captain Hobie Buchannon have a very different approach to saving lives that is a constant source of friction," the description continued. “Never on good terms, their relationship only goes downhill after Hobie brings his daughter Charlie onto his team… and it becomes clear that their rivalry goes much deeper than lifeguarding.”
