King Charles is reportedly upset due to the legal dispute involving one of his charitable initiatives.

An eco-fashion entrepreneur Amanda Navaian, founder of luxury handbag brand House of Marici, launched a High Court claim against King Charles Charitable Trust. Amanda alleges that the charity abruptly withdrew from a planned fundraising collaboration she believes could have generated significant revenue for both her company and a royal-linked food initiative.

Insiders told Radar Online that the monarch is upset that the project linked to his charitable work has been dragged into a court battle. "The King is deeply saddened that something connected to a charitable cause he strongly believes in has ended up in a legal fight," the source stated.

They went on to add, "It was intended to highlight sustainability and food redistribution – not become the focus of a dispute."

This comes as King Charles is currenting fighting cancer battle and the fallout from his brother Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's Epstein scandal. The source claims that the monarch "finds it incredibly frustrating a project associated with his charities has now also become overshadowed by conflict."

"The King has always tried to keep his charitable work above controversy, so seeing it discussed in a courtroom is upsetting for him," the tipster noted.

It is pertinent to mention that the court filings reveal that the proposed project included the sale of T-shirts promoting the Coronation Food Project. Furthermore, it involved a high-profile fundraising dinner at the luxury restaurant CLAP in Knightsbridge.

However, Amanda Navaian claims discussions took place during Zoom meeting involving committee chair Dori Dana-Haeri and project chair Dame Martina Milburn, and an oral agreement was reached.
