Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna dual wedding ceremony photos break the internet: 'I made my best friend my wife'

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have for too long been rumoured to be in a relationship. 

Now, the couple turned those whispers into a reality, tying the knot in an intimate setting, surrounded by close friends and family, on Feb. 26.

Held at the luxury hotel ITC Mementoes, near Udaipur – a sought-after location of several destination weddings – Deverakonda and Mandanna set the internet on fire through their marriage ceremonies' photos.

The Liger star, who is best known for his heavily charged emotional roles, shares a series of snaps of the marriage while showing his softer, romantic side in the caption, melting fans' hearts.

"One day, I missed her. Missed her in a way that made me feel like my day would've been better if she were around. Like my meals would've felt more wholesome if she were sitting across from me."

"Like my workouts would've been more fun and less of a punishment if she were doing them with me. Like I needed her – just to feel that sense of home and calm, no matter where I was. So, I made my best friend… my wife, 26.02.2026," he ends the note.

Mandanna, in response, expresses her admiration and strong feelings for Deverakonda in her post's caption, writing, "Hi, my loves, introducing to you now My Husband! Mr Vijay Deverakonda!!"

A wedding honouring Deverakonda and Mandanna cultures

The power couple belong to different cultures. Deverakonda's belongs to Telugu tradition, while Mandanna's heritage is rooted in Kodava (Coorg).

The pair – in order to balance both distinct cultural expectations – held two wedding ceremonies in one day.

In the morning, they had a Telugu-themed wedding, while in the evening, the stars had a customary Kodava (Coorg) ceremony.
