SZA and Kendrick Lamar won Record of the Year Grammy for 'Luther'
SZA has broken her silence after big win at the 2026 Grammy Awards.
On February 1, the singer-songwriter won Record of the Year Grammy with Kendrick Lamar for their track Luther.
Marking the major achievement, SZA took to Instagram and posted photos and video clip from the prestigious night at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday.
In the cover photo, SZA posted with the award donning a stunning red outfit. However, in the next photos and video clips, the singer flaunted her look of the night.
The singer wrote in the caption, "THANK YOU GOD THANK YOU @grammys THANK YOU @kendricklamar THANK YOU @kenzo for this lovely dress .. red my fave color rn."
Fans and followers flooded the comments section with their love. One wrote, "7x grammy award winner!!! proud of u gang."
Another added, "BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED."
"So deserving!!! congrats love," the third comment read.
It is pertinent to mention that while accepting the award, the singer expressed her gratitude towards her fans and audience. She said, "I know that right now is a scary time. I know the algorithms tell us that it’s so scary and all is lost. There’s been world wars and there’s been plagues and we have gone on. We can go on."
"We need each other. We’re not governed by the government. We’re governed by God," she added.
For those unaware, the track Luther was released on November 29, 2024. It is a collaborative song of SZA and the rapper Kendrick Lamar.
