The charity, supported by Kate Middleton, says "As we reflect on this, we are overwhelmed by the constant support of our community"
Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has marked 10 years of TheBabyBank charity, saying she is ‘proud’ to be part of it.
Kate Middleton took to Instagram and reposted a video clip of the charity to mark its 10 years of ‘incredible work.’
The Princess of Wales says, “Proud to have been a part of the baby bank story as it marks 10 years of incredible work.”
She added, “The work baby banks do all year round is so important, but particularly at Christmas time” followed by a heart emoticon.
Earlier, the charity shared the video saying “2025 saw The Baby Bank turn 10 years old.”
It said on Instagram, “As we reflect on this, we are overwhelmed by the constant support of our community as well as schools, organisations and businesses that have come together to provide collective donations.”
It added, “These have included new winter clothing from @primark Bracknell following some staff fundraising, preloved clothing donations from St Edmund Campion school, a number of collections from @hartbeepsberkshire baby & toddler classes, beautiful Billie’s baby clothing courtesy of @lorrainekellysmith @rosiekellysmith and essential practical everyday items chosen by The Prince and Princess of Wales’ children @princeandprincessofwales.”
“These items helped us efficiently reach families far and wide and support thousands of children this year,” it concluded.
Commenting on the post, one fan says, “I love this and I see how many families you help. I know personally mum‘s from my community have really benefited from your donations. I’d love to support you guys in 2026. I think you are such an important part of the community.”
