George Clooney has opened up about one surprising scene from Jay Kelly.
Speaking with People Magazine, the actor discussed the scene where he was shows footage from his own past projects.
As per Clooney, the director of the film, Noah Baumbach did not reveal it to him beforehand.
"The first time he shot, it was the first time he showed it to me," Clooney said.
Adding, "The first take is in the movie."
In the scene, when Clooney grabbed hand of his character's manager, played by Adam Sandler, he was not acting.
"I was really surprised by that — and a little disturbed," the Jay Kelly star admitted.
He said, "It's hard. You have to really fortify yourself for seeing 40 years of aging on screen. It's not so easy with a bad mullet. It's not great."
Previously, George Clooney revealed the powerful advice he received from most recognizable Hollywood star Paul Newman.
He revealed that Newman once told him: "George, don’t let them keep you at home."
"He meant very specifically that tendency to isolate because you’re trying to hold onto some privacy," Clooney told The New York Times.
