Kensington Palace has released update as King Charles and Prince William unveild a new era to strengthen the royal reign amid Andrew-Ferguson crisis.
The Prince and Princess of Wales turned to their official Instagram Story to share photos of the future monarch joining the King and Queen Camilla at Windsor Castle at a lavish reception on Wednesday, November, 19.
Surprisingly, Kate Middleton skipped the diplomatic reception for the second consecutive year. She did, however, attend the Future Workforce Summit in London earlier in the day.
The reception was held at Windsor Castle for the first time since 2001, signalling a shift in the royal family.
The annual reception celebrated the presence of one of the largest Diplomatic Corps in the world and allowed the senior royals to meet representatives of countries accredited to the Court of St. James.
King Charles was in high spirits as he welcomed over 900 members of the Diplomatic Corps to Windsor Castle, just days after the King celebrated his 77th birthday.
The event traditionally takes place at Buckingham Palace, but moved to Windsor Castle for this year’s celebration.
