Palace releases major statement as King Charles unveils his core team
King Charles sends clear message via new photos featuring key royal members
King Charles has sent a clear message to the world and the non-working royals that his core team is comprised of dedicated and sincere members.
On November 9, the royals stepped out to honour the war heroes during the national memorial service at the Cenotaph in central London.
Following the sombre ceremony, a series of photos has been released on the official social media channels of the royal family.
The pictures featured the monarch and his key allies, including Queen Camilla, Prince William, Princess Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, the Duke of Kent, and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.
King Charles' spokesperson wrote, "We remember them. On behalf of the nation, the King lays a wreath at the Cenotaph during the annual Service of Remembrance."
"Wreaths were laid by The Prince of Wales, and The Duke of Edinburgh, and on behalf of The Queen, and The Duke of Kent."
Moreover, the future King, William, Queen Catherine's team also released a touching message alongside pictures from the key royal gathering.
The royal couple penned, "On Remembrance Sunday, we pause to reflect on the extraordinary bravery and sacrifice of all who have served - and continue to serve - in defence of our freedoms. We remember them, today and always."
It is important to note here that King Charles is unveiling his core team members via the new post, indicating there will be no new additions to the firm, and the slimmed-down monarchy approach continues.
Earlier this year, the Prince of Wales also stated that he will lead his family with a "smaller r in the royal," which implies there will be no role for non-working royals, including the Sussexes.
