Kate Middleton in rare 'competition' with her brother? James reveals truth

James Middleton revealed that he and Princess Kate have a new passion, which often leads to an interesting conversation between the siblings.

In conversation with CountryLife, the dog lover opened up about his beehives, which are also loved by the future Queen. 

He shared, "My sister Catherine [The Princess of Wales] shares a love of bees and has a few hives herself — I wouldn’t say it’s a competition, but we definitely compare notes."

James also confessed that he has "never stopped being fascinated by bees."

It is important to note that Princess Kate shared her eye-catching photo in 2023, showcasing one of her beehives in a beekeeping dress to mark World Bee Day.

At the time, Catherine's spokesperson wrote, "We are buzzing about #WorldBeeDay"

"Bees are a vital part of our ecosystem and today is a great opportunity to raise awareness of the essential role bees and other pollinators play in keeping people and the planet healthy."
