Prince William, Prince Harry's aunt suffers serious horse injury: 'bad fall'
Harry, William receive bad news about their loved one's health
Prince William and Prince Harry received a shocking update about a serious accident involving a family member.
The royal sibling's aunt, Lady Sarah McCorquodale, suffered a horse injury, which led her to the hospital.
The late Princess Diana's older sister, who is 70 years old, had a "bad fall," Harry and William's uncle, Earl Spencer, recently revealed.
In a conversation with Rosebud podcast, he shared, "Sarah, who is nearly a decade older than me, who was always in trouble, she's quite punchy."
Earl recalled, "She's still riding, and she's had a really bad fall in the last month and has been in the hospital for a long time. And I think, [she] was quite a handful as a patient, because the lead doctor said to my brother-in-law, 'She's quite a character, isn't she?'
On the other hand, Diana's brother dubbed her other sister, Lady Jane Fellowes, "really sweet and really funny," the complete opposite of Lady Sarah.
It is also important to note that William and Harry's aunt from their father's side, Princess Anne, was hurt by a horse last year.
Following her hospital run, Buckingham Palace revealed in a statement that she had "minor injuries and concussion."
The Princess Royal shared earlier in 2025 that she has no memory of the accident.
