Moreover, the UK's most popular party leader has described the threats circulated via TikTok as "pretty chilling" and said that he was "genuinely worried" for his safety.

As reported by BBC, authorities at Southwark Crown Court believed that the Afghan migrant had given himself a false identity.

Prosecutor Peter Ratliff claimed that Khan had given a false name and date of birth on arrival in Britain on a small boat and he was actually 31-year-old Fayaz Husseini instead of "Fayaz Khan."

In addition to that Judge Karen Steyn also claimed that she was sure Khan gave a false name because he had a six-month jail sentence pending in Sweden.

The migrant told court that he gave British authorities a fake name because he “had enemies” in Europe.

The defendant was found guilty on Friday, October 10, 2025 for making threats to kill the MP for Clacton in Essex.

Moreover, British Party leader Farage also attended the court to deliver his side of verdict during legal proceedings.

MP Farage told the court, “What he says is that he’s coming to England and he’s going to shoot me. I understood very clearly as did many other people.”

"Khan not only entered the UK illegally – but made sinister threats against a Member of Parliament in plain view of thousands of followers” said Nicholas Coates from Crown Prosecution Services.

Coates further stated that, “Elected politicians must be able to carry out their jobs free from the fear of harm or abuse, and we will make sure that those who seek to intimidate them face the full force of the law."

Besides sending death threats to party leader, the accuse was also charged with persistently making use of public communication network to cause annoyance, anxiety and inconvenience.

Khan had previously lived in Stockholm, Sweden since 2015, where he racked up 17 convictions for drugs, dishonesty and knife offences.
