Controversial TikTok star HSTikkyTokky arrested after year long manhunt for dangerous driving
The charges stem from an incident in March 2024
Social media influencer Harrison Sullivan, widely known as HSTikkyTokky, has been arrested in the UK after being on the run from police for nearly a year over alleged driving offences.
The 24-year-old, who has millions of followers on TikTok, was detained on Friday, October 10, after returning to the UK from Qatar. He was wanted by Surrey Police for failing to show up in court last November.
The charges stem from an incident in March 2024 in Virginia Water, Surrey. Police claim Mr. Sullivan was driving a purple McLaren supercar that crashed into another vehicle and that the driver then fled the scene.
A passenger in the McLaren and two people in the second car, a black Audi, were treated for minor injuries.
The charges he is facing include: dangerous driving, failing to stop after an accident, driving without third-party insurance, driving while using a mobile phone.
After skipping his court appearance, Mr. Sullivan was believed to have left the country, posting videos from locations like Dubai, Doha, and Qatar.
During the manhunt, he actively posted on social media, often appearing to mock the police search. In one post, he uploaded a mugshot of himself with the caption: “I’ll turn myself in tomorrow morning hold tight yeh.”
A spokesperson for Surrey Police confirmed the arrest and court appearance on Monday, stating:
“A 24-year-old man from Hutton, Essex, was arrested on Friday for failing to appear at court for dangerous driving.”
“He appeared at Guildford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday and has been remanded ahead of a further court appearance at Staines Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.”
Mr. Sullivan remains in custody and is scheduled for a court hearing on Tuesday, October 14.
