Lady Gaga is officially a two-time Artist of the Year winner at the MTV Video Music Awards, five years after her first win in 2020.
Shortly after accepting the coveted Moon Person at the 2025 VMAs on Sunday night, the American singer-songwriter and actress rushed back to her MSG stop on The Mayhem Ball Tour, but not before taking a moment to mark the milestone.
The A Star Is Born actress shared a carousel of three stunning photos on Instagram, putting her MoonMan trophy front and center.
The 14-time Grammy winner stunned in a dramatic Marc Jacobs black gown featuring voluminous sleeves, intricate lace embroidery, and a mermaid silhouette.
She completed the look with a bold red floral headpiece styled into her updo with signature baby bangs.
"MTV VMA ARTIST OF THE YEAR [ rose, skull and black heart emoji]," Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, captioned the post.
In the photos, the Joker: Folie à Deux actress posed confidently in front of a giant Moon Person statue, proudly holding her award, her second Artist of the Year win since the category was introduced in 2017, replacing the gendered Best Male and Best Female Video categories.
In addition to her top honour, Gaga, who led the 2025 nominations with 12 nods, took home three more awards throughout the night.
