Jennifer Garner wedding brings back Ben Affleck’s deepest wounds
Ben Affleck’s reaction to Jennifer Garner’s new marriage has stirred emotions
Jennifer Garner’s wedding to John Miller has closed the door on years of speculation about a possible reunion with her ex-husband Ben Affleck.
Garner and Affleck were married for ten years after meeting on the set of Pearl Harbour in 2000, as the former couple share three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel and have often been seen together at family events.
Their bond as parents kept them connected long after their separation in 2015, which the Batman actor once described as the “biggest regret of my life.”
In March, following the end of Affleck’s marriage to Jennifer Lopez, rumours of reconciliation began circulating once again.
The actor was photographed beaming and embracing the Family Switch actress during a paintball outing with their children.
The images fueled talk that the two might give their relationship another chance.
However, Garner’s relationship with businessman John Miller remained steady. She began dating Miller in 2018 and was often described as supportive of Affleck during his struggles and his separation from Lopez.
And despite this, insiders made it clear that while the actor would have welcomed another chance, the actress did not share the same feelings.
In April, Jennifer Garner publicly showed her commitment to John Miller when she was photographed sharing an affectionate kiss with him and the display was seen as her way of putting an end to speculation surrounding her and Ben Affleck.
