Kelly Clarkson may take time to return to ‘jovial’ self after ex death
American Idol alum’s pals expressed their concerns following the death of ex-husband Brandon Blackstock
Kelly Clarkson’s friends have recently expressed their concerns following the death of her former husband Brandon Blackstock on August 7.
According to RadarOnline.com, a source close to the American Idol alum noted that she “feels both little lost and feels like she has to do everything to make it all make sense”.
The confidante told the outlet that Kelly is currently taking care of her children whom she shares with late Brandon, who died at 48 after a battle with cancer on Thursday.
However, another insider told the Daily Mail that this tragedy will “stick with her forever and it will be a long time for her to get back to the jovial Kelly we all know and love”.
Earlier this year, Kelly was absent from her popular talk show for quite some time.
But after Brandon’s demise, a show source opened up that her co-workers are “now rallying behind her in her time of need”.
“Everyone loves Kelly. We've got her back. We'll pick up the slack, we'll do whatever she needs,” said a source.
One insider mentioned that Kelly never ever said a bad word about her former husband.
“Even though they're not together, I think this will affect Kelly deeply,” pointed out a source.
Meanwhile, the first source added, “Kelly is an empath; she cries with people over their sadness. So this has got to be tearing her up.”
