American based tech giant, Meta has developed a model to conduct job applicants coding interviews in presence of AI chatbots. Meta existing employees are being asked to volunteer for AI driven exams as mock candidates.

The social technology company circulated a message “AI-enabled interviews-call for mock candidates” in the company's internal announcements chat to ask employees to test the pilot project.
Tech giant post continued: “If you would like to experience a mock AI-enabled interview, please sign up in this sheet. The questions are still in development; data from you will help shape the future of interviewing at Meta.”
“More representative of the developer environment that our future employees will work in, and also makes Large Language Model based cheating less effective,” official statement wrapped up.
Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta Platforms Inc., is often seen talking about AI and human competition to win the tech war or possibilities of human replacement.
Zuckerberg clarified that he wants company’s staff to use AI in daily work and predicted AI coding agents will do code for the organization which will be managed by Meta human employees.
