Princess Anne to represent royal family during two major events in Scotland
King Charles’s Office confirmed that Princess Anne will be travelling to Scotland for an important event as she performs her duties in key role.
The Princess Royal will be expected to make two major royal engagements on Friday. The 74-year-old royal would just have a brief one-day break before her trip as she played a significant role during two crucial events in the royal calendar.
She took part in the parade for the Trooping the Colour on Saturday and on Monday she was once again in uniform for the Garter Day Service at the St George’s Chapel.
And before she takes off, Anne will also be attending the Lincolnshire Show on the occasion of its One Hundred and Fortieth Anniversary, Lincolnshire Showground on Wednesday.
Buckingham Palace stated that the monarch’s sister will first be visiting the Strathcarron Hospice at Randolph Hill, Fankerton, Denny, Stirling and Falkirk.
Following that, Anne will take on her role as the Honorary Member of The Royal Highland Agricultural Society of Scotland and attend The Royal Highland Show at Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, the City of Edinburgh.
Both events will be taking place on the same day and it is anticipated that Anne – who earned the title of the hardest working royal given her history of dedication and loyalty to the monarchy – will be returning the next day.
