Jennifer Lopez's ex-boyfriend Casper Smart hit with legal issues

Casper Smart, the dancer and former boyfriend of Jennifer Lopez, has faced serious legal issues over his Los Angeles' property.

According to court documents, the 37-year-old allegedly failed to pay rent for several months, leading the property owner to file a lawsuit for breach of contract and unpaid rent.

The lawsuit claims that Smart had been renting the upscale property for a period of time but stopped making payments despite repeated requests. 

The property owner is seeking compensation for the outstanding rent, as well as additional damages for the breach of lease terms.

The Dirty Dancing star, who is known for his work as a choreographer, has not yet publicly commented on the legal matter. His legal team is expected to respond to the lawsuit in the coming weeks.

This legal trouble marks a challenging chapter for Smart, who has largely kept a low profile in recent years following his high-profile relationship with Lopez.
