Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s daughter becomes internet sensation: 'mini Deepika'

Nawazuddin Siddiqui's daughter, Shora, sent the internet into a frenzy with her mesmerising public appearance at an event.

According to Hindustan Times, the 50-year-old actor and his grown-up girl attended the wedding of popular Indian filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s daughter, Aaliyah Kashyap, in Mumbai on December 11, 2024.

In the viral photos and videos from the event, Nawazuddin was seen wearing a traditional green sherwani, while Shora looked lovely in a green ethnic outfit.

As their pictures circulated on social media, many fans began to compare Shora to Indian actress Deepika Padukone.

One fan praised her beauty on X, saying, "She is a mini version of Deepika Padukone."

"She is so beautiful," another fan enthusiastically penned.

Reportedly, in a previous interview, Nawazuddin revealed that Shora is interested in following in his footsteps and pursuing a career in acting. 

The father-of-two added, "She wants to become an actress."

On the professional front, Nawazuddin last appeared in a supernatural horror film titled Adbhut alongside Diana Penty, Vikram Gokhale, Rohan Mehra, Shreya Dhanwanthary, and Himanshi Parashar. 

The Gangs of Wasseypur actor will next appear in an upcoming movie Thama in 2025.
