Anushka Sharma's sister in law Bhawna Kohli Dhingra sets the record straight on the viraled photo of Virat Kohli and the actress' son Akaay Kohli.

Virat's sister took to her Instagram Stories on November 24 to clear the air about her nephew's recorded footage on the third day of the test match at Optus Stadium in Perth.

Sharing her stance on the subject, she confirmed that the rumours surrounding the little one are nothing more than a hoax.

She wrote in the caption, "Have been seeing Virat and Anushka Sharma's friends's daughter being mistaken for Akaay on social media. The child in the picture is not our Akaay... Thank you."

This came after the PK actress was spotted cheering on for her husband in the stands.

In the background, some eagle-eyed fans noticed an elderly man carrying a small child, leading them to draw parallels between Virat and Anuskha's son Akaay.

Previously, the well-known cricketer was made the centre of attention after he sent flying kisses to his beloved wife from the pitch.
