Nicole Kidman’s, husband Keith Urban proves he is ‘the best secret keeper’
Australian actress Nicole Kidman, who's married to musician Keith Urban, has shared interesting details about judging her work on-screens.
The Dead Calm actress, in a conversation with British GQ Magazine, discussed about her hit Netflix show, The Perfect Couple.
The show, based on Elin Hilderbrand's novel by the same name, is worthy of binge watching.
“binge-worthy because it's just like, you go, ‘Okay, next, next, next, next,’” says Kidman.
56-year-old actress revealed her husband Urban’s reaction to her work, saying, “He's like,’ Okay, let me see the next one. Let me see the next one.’”
“That's when I know it's good when he says that,” confessed Kidman.
Previously, Urban praised the Netflix's murder mystery show, in a conversation with People magazine, saying: “It’s been amazing. I’ve had so many people stop me and say how much they love it."
The Australian-American singer kept the ending of the show close to himself to avoid giving spoilers.
“I'm the best secret keeper you'll ever meet,” he shared. “I’ll go to my grave with secrets.”
Meanwhile, Kidman also revealed her reason of working in The Perfect Couple.
“I did it because of Susanne Bier, so that’s another female director that I just go,” Kidman told the outlet.
“She just called me and said, ‘I want you to play Greer. I think you haven’t done anything like this, and it would be fun for you,’" she added.
The Perfect Couple is available on video streaming platform, Netflix since September 5, 2024.
