Farhan Akhtar is lifting the lid on his upcoming war-drama after teasing a new project last week.
The Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara actor took to his Instagram on Wednesday, September 4, to offer an insight into his upcoming starrer.
Introducing fans to the journey of his next film, he dropped a carousel of motion and still posters announcing his next titled, 120 Bahadur.
He wrote in the caption, "What they accomplished will never be forgotten. It is an absolute privilege to bring you the story of Maj. Shaitan Singh Bhati (PVC) and the soldiers of Charlie company, 13 Kumaon regiment."
Drawing on a historical event, the acclaimed Indian director and filmmaker noted, "Famously known as the Battle of Rezang La, fought on the 18th of November 1962 during the Indo-China war, it is a story of remarkable courage, heroism and selflessness shown by our men in uniform against all odds. We are grateful to the Indian Army for their support in bringing this incredible tale of valour to the screen. We embark today to make this film in all humility and with utmost respect to those we represent."
Meanwhile, celebrities thronged the comments section with heartfelt wishes for his latest project.
Don 3 actor, Ranveer Singh added a series of emojis, including oncoming fist, trident emblem, red heart, blue amulet, and a fire emoji.
While his wife Shabani Akhtar commented, "Cannot wait for this one! Good luck to the entire team."
This follows the actor's teaser on Tuesday, September 3, where he promised to get back into his "acting boots" for a special upcoming film.
