After Al-Nassr's thrilling 4-2 win against Al-Ittihad on Monday, where Ronaldo scored twice, he took to social media to share his excitement. He posted multiple photos with the caption, "This is Alnassr! Let’s go to Jeddah.” He appears pumped for the big match.
The final of the King’s Cup is set to take place at the King Abdullah Sports City stadium under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman. The game will kick off at 9:00 pm on Friday, May 31.
The winning team will receive prize money of SR10 million, the largest amount received by a club at the Arab and Asian levels.
Al-Hilal are the reigning Saudi League champions. They will be taking on Al-Nassr, who finished second. This is a face-off between two of Riyadh’s biggest rivals.
Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, the Minister of Sports, expressed his gratitude to King Salman for supporting the event. He said that the support highlights the leadership’s commitment to boosting sports in Saudi Arabia in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
