Meghan Markle reacts to Prince Harry's UK trip with solo outing in Montecito

Meghan Markle, who's making headlines for her decision to snub UK for Nigeria, has broken cover in Montecito.

The Duchess of Sussex stole all the spotlight with her move ahead of his husband Harry's London show, seemingly teasing the Duke that cameras follow her where she goes.

Meghan was all smiles and in high spirits as she attended an exclusive invite-only event in hometown just two days before Harry's much-anticipated trip to the UK.

The former Suits star looked stylish as she appeared at a networking event on Thursday in her exclusive neighbourhood, Montecito.

The mother-of-two attended the Rosewood Miramar Beach Hotel and sat front row at the event hosted by Greycroft, a venture capital firm which partners with entrepreneurs.

Meghan dazzled in a cream shirt. She styled her hair in loose waves to elevate her look. Her attendance at the event was captured by a fan who shared prince Archie and Princess Lilibet's mom's snaps on Instagram.

The outing comes amid claims Meghan is making Harry's upcoming trip "miserable" with her decision to stay with kids in California. However, some royal a and PR experts described the Duchess' move wise and sensible.
