Rashmika Mandanna remarked that in Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2: The Rule, viewers can anticipate encountering Srivalli 2.0.
During a recent interview with Lifestyle Asia India, the 28-year-old actress discussed the development of Srivalli, her character in Sukumar’s Pushpa franchise.
The Animal actress expressed to the publication that portraying Srivalli was both 'challenging and enjoyable' because of its 'spontaneous' nature.
She shared, “I didn’t really know my character Srivalli in Pushpa because I didn’t know the story, I didn’t know her as a character, I didn’t know how to play her, I didn’t know the world we were creating."
"I didn’t know anything. So, every day on set felt like visiting a playground."
Rashmika also shared that she possesses a deeper understanding of her character and the environment she exists in.
Rashmika further said, "Srivalli in Pushpa 2 is someone super sorted. Now I know the world that we are living in, I know the character I’m playing, and now it’s Srivalli 2.0, I can say."
The film Pushpa 2: The Rule will be released on August 15, 2024.
