According to insiders, Paul and Sophie's friendship blossomed into something more after they attended last month's BAFTA Awards together. 

Witnesses spotted them sharing affectionate moments, including kissing at an after-party held at Chiltern Firehouse.

Paul set to star in Gladiator 2, parted ways with his former partner, US singer Phoebe Bridgers, 15 months ago after a two-year relationship.
