The renowned rapper and hip-hop artist Snoop Dogg's younger brother, Bing Worthington, tragically passed away at the age of 44. The singer announced on his Instagram account, honouring his brother by sharing pictures of the two of them.
Later, he addressed his young brother’s death in the caption of a video featuring footage of himself talking to Bing and his older brother Jerry Wesley Carter. “@badabing33 always made us laugh. U back with moms,” he penned.
Worthington collaborated closely with Snoop on business projects and behind-the-scenes projects for the rapper, helping him build his brothers' brand internationally. According to TMZ, he began his career as a roadie after taking over as tour manager.
Bing was the half-brother of Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr. (Snoop Dogg's birth name) on his mother's side. She passed away in October 2021 at the age of 70 after battling an unidentified disease, following Snoop's social media request for his followers to "pray for her health."
Although Snoop's late brother attempted to emulate him by putting out a few albums with his group Lifestyle, he claimed he enjoyed working behind the scenes more than performing live.
The Grammy-nominated musician went on show off further images of the deceased relative with both his late mother and himself.
Bing, who also served as Snoop's tour manager and co-founded the Canadian record label Dogg Records, worked with Snoop on several business ventures during his career.
