What does Ronaldo's diet, cheat meals look like?
Ronaldo confesses to Pizza being his weakness, terms it as favourite cheat meal
With his remarkable physique and impressive incredible prowess on the field, one might think that Cristiano Ronaldo does not have any cheat meals and only follows a rather strict diet.
Although, true to some extent — as Ronaldo does have a strict diet plan — the Portuguese star footballer is apparently also a food lover and enjoys cheat meals here and then occasionally.
Ronaldo's breakfast comprises salad, fruits and cheese coupled with ham and low-fact yoghurt along with avocado toast, with the Portuguese especially being fond of Bacalhau à Brás — a Portuguese dish prepared with shredded salty cod (bacalhau) onions, scrambled eggs and fried potatoes.
Apart from this, he also relishes fine dining in high-end restaurants and eateries.
The popular Al Nassr star has visited restaurants including Piccolino in Manchester's Hale (UK), London's famed Chinese eatery Fortune City, Casa Fiore in Turin (Italy), Spain's Cafeteria Miranda and Filandon in Madrid and Clap in Riyadh, reported goal.com.
However, staying true to his heritage, the star player holds a special place for Lisbon's Restaurante Mar Do Inferno in Cascais.
However, when it comes to cheat meals amid a largely strict diet, the Al Nassr star does indulge in guilty pleasures and consumes junk food on rare occasions.
His former Portugal teammate Jose Fonte — while speaking to talkSPORT — revealed that Ronaldo treats himself to steak, chips, and fried eggs after a game.
The star footballer himself has previously confessed his weakness for pizza terming it as his favourite cheat meal.
