Simon Cowell left millions of his fans disappointed with his radically different facial features in his latest Instagram post.

Fans seem to be rather disappointed as they speculate the music mogul has gotten face implants done.

The music mogul, 63, looked unrecognisable as he showed off his incredibly smooth visage in the clip as he marked One Direction reaching one billion streams on Spotify.

Simon has previously denied having a facelift but admitted to regretting his extensive use of Botox.

Following his latest, post fans rushed to the comment section with one saying: 'You used to look good before the plastic surgery'.

While another asked: 'What on earth has happened to your face?'.

Someone else branded his look a 'botox fail' while another hit out saying: 'Too much botox'.

In May Simon proved that he doesn't mind poking fun at his own expense after making a dig about his changing face on Britain's Got Talent.
