Tom Cruise, who's touring the world to promote his upcoming thriller, was given an impromptu birthday treat by his co-stars at Mission Impossible Australian premiere in Sydney on July 3.
The Hollywood star, who turned 61 on Monday (July 3), has received hundreds of birthday greetings by scores of fans. The dashing star enjoyed the evening with admirers as many of them wished him a very happy birthday.
The actor turned to Instagram to share a series of photos from the night, captioning them: "It was great to spend my birthday with fans today. Thanks for coming out to the premiere!"
Tom, who spent most of his big day on the red carpet, received a special surprise when the party moved to the ICC Sydney theater.
The actor shared selfies with fans during the Australian Premiere of "Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One" presented by Paramount Pictures and Skydance.
Simon Pegg, the "Top Gun" actor's co-star, rolled out a birthday cake for him, appropriately themed around the event, a large black square with the film's title and a falling motorcycle in fondant. Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff, Rebecca Ferguson, and Vanessa Kirby joined in on the celebrations.
Tom's new adventure Dead Reckoning Part One, the seventh in the Mission Impossible franchise, is slated to release on July 12.
