Bebe Rexha dons safety goggles against any future attack
Earlier, Bebe Rexha was injured onstage from a phone thrown by a fan from the crowd
Bebe Rexha had a deep cut from almost above her eye from a fan who threw a phone at her at a recent concert.
Now, the Say My Name singer has worn eyewear to prevent such injuries from any attack.
The local radio 102.7 KIIS FM took to Instagram to share the popstar's eyewear look.
"Best *** night of my life ily," the radio station caption reads.
The crooner can be heard singing, "I'm Good (Blue)."
Netizens supported her protection measures during the concert, “Wearing them safety glasses cause she ain't playing no more!,” one fan commented.
Meanwhile, for throwing the phone at the singer, a 27-year-old man, was caught and charged with assault.
According to a PA news agency, a spokesperson of the New York Police Department revealed the identity of the charged person as Nicolas Malvagna from New Jersey, and he was nabbed on Sunday.
But the said person's legal rep said: "Nicolas, like many other fans, was hoping to interact in some way with Ms. Rexha as the phone was returned. It was never his intention to injure Ms. Rexha in any way."
