Kainat Bibi, d/o Musa Khan, is 12 months old, and her case was reported from South Waziristan, Wana Tehsil, Toi Khula area. All these children could not get any dose of OPV due to inaccessibility.

According to the Fata Directorate of Health Services, more than 250,000 children in North and South Waziristan remained deprived of the polio vaccine due to refusal by the Taliban to allow polio teams to vaccinate children.
