PESHAWAR: An important meeting of the Third Working Group constituted by the National Finance Commission will be held at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House in Islamabad on the 25th of January.
The decision to this effect was made at a meeting held here on Thursday with KP Finance Minister Muzaffar Said in the chair, said a handout.
The group is headed by Professor Ibrahim Khan, a non-statutory member of the NFC from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Members of this group Include finance secretaries of all the provinces and joint secretary of the Finance Division in Islamabad.
Finance secretary of KP will act as secretary of the group. This group will finalise its report on allocation, efficiency and expenditure. Initial report has already been drafted and will be presented in the forthcoming working group meeting for discussion.
