BAHAWALPUR: Youm-e-Takbeer was observed in Bahawalpur with great enthusiasm by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz activists. The main function was organised at the residence of former MPA Fauzia Ayub Qureshi where former federal minister Mian Baleeghur Rahman was the guest of honour. Addressing the function, Fauzia Ayub said that 22 years ago former prime minister Mian Nawaz Sharif had made the history by conducting six nuclear tests in reply to Indian nuclear tests and made the country first Islamic nuclear power. Later, the participants cut a cake to mark the day.
