Speaking at a press conference here, Riazuddin, Abdur Raziq, Aimal Khan, Fazal Hayan and others claimed that there was no clear and set procedure for the interview marks and recruitment policy. “We have petitioned the Peshawar High Court for granting stay to put the recruitment process on hold after we approached every relevant office and officials but no one listened to our grievances,” one of the speakers said. He claimed that they had proof of favouritism and corruption committed during the recruitment process.

They said that proof of corruption would be produced in the court to stop the recruitment process being done through illegal means in the Rescue 1122. The complainants alleged that the candidates who had scored from 25 to 35 marks were selected for various jobs but those who had obtained 65 to 75 marks had been rejected without assigning any reason.
