MANSEHRA: Office-bearers of Torghar Clerks Association took oath of their respective offices on Thursday. Former district councilor Ahmad Sheheryar Khan administered the oath to office-bearers at a ceremony attended by Deputy Commissioner Torghar Arshad Mansoor and other officials. The elections of association were completed last month and Nisar Khan Yousafzai was elected as president, Mohammad Fareed as chairman and Atif Hussain as general secretary.
