HARIPUR: A newlywed woman committed suicide over unknown reasons in Hattar village, police said on Tuesday. According to Hattar police, Sadreen Bibi, 22, was married to Shehzad Khan of Mohallah Kotli Nehr a couple of months back. She was found lying unconscious in her bedroom and a bottle of insecticide was found beneath her bed on Tuesday morning. The family shifted her to the Trauma Centre in Haripur where the doctors pronounced her dead. According to doctors, she had consumed insecticide, which caused her death. However, her in-laws told the police that they did not know the reason behind her suicide. The police started an investigation into the incident.
