Decision barring Bahria Town using name ‘Bahria’ suspended

RAWALPINDI: The Additional District Court the other day during preliminary hearing the appeal filed by Bahria Town suspended the ruling given by the Civil Court barring Bahria Town from using the name of “Bahria”.
The Civil Court on March 27, while giving its ruling in favour of Bahria Foundation had stopped Bahria Town from using the name “Bahria”. The Bahria Town had filed an appeal before the Additional District Court which suspended the ruling of the Civil Court and termed the plea tenable.
